Nicollas de Fraga Vianna (Saint Johannes, Uberra, October 12th 2934 - Saint Johannes, Uberra, November 24th 3015) was a Talmorian politician, Congressman and Minister of Science and Technology of the Republic of Talmoria, since the Proclamation of the Republic, for eight years, to the date of his death in a car accident in Saint Johannes, Uberra with the Minister of the same cabinet of Infraestructure and Transport Américo de Mello, in 3015. He never got married and didn't had any sons.
