The Confédération de Nations Françaises was founded in late June, 2007 as a defensive alliance of French speaking nations. However, once several nations came under attack in the middle of July, 2007 it became open to other nationalities as well. The focus of the Confédération altered drastically, offering aid and refuge to small and middle-sized nations attacked without provocation. In late July 2007, with the help of several members of Norden Verein, the Confédération became Europa. 1) Provide protection and aid to nations attacked without provocation.
