Note that each listed point is an option to pick from, rather than being part of a multi-step process. This shows the cards needed (left side) to get to particular levels (top side). It shows it as # cards/# cards + [Arcana's Blessing] or [Arcana Training]/# cards + [Arcana's Blessing] + [Arcana Training]. Note: any value that has * after it was assumed/calculated and might be a couple levels higher or lower than the true value.
