Jay Aswar is Delilah Dingle's ex-fiancé. On the day of Jay and Delilah's wedding, Delilah ran away without telling anyone. Jay later turned up at Wishing Well Cottage, where Delilah was staying with her family. Delilah's uncle Zak Dingle and cousin Cain Dingle believed that Jay was hitting Delilah, which Jay denied. Delilah told Jay to go away but he insisted that he would return. The next day, Delilah took Jay to the pub, where he asked her to come on their honeymoon with him anyway, but she said no and gave him back her engagement ring.
