The NPCs Kang Tae Gong and Albert are located here. Albert will exchange points based on what fish you have caught. Kang Tae Gong is the fishing craft NPC. Players cannot be killed here during nation wars. If you have a teleportation license, you can open the World Map and right-click on Hainan Island and teleport to it. If not, you can use the Travel Agency to teleport to Hanoi and then auto-move from there.
