Shilo was a Human female criminal and con artist in the 23rd century. She became a partner/apprentice to fellow con artist Harry Mudd at some point prior to 2288. That year she and Mudd went to Skellen III, where she did a snake charmer act with a fire-fang. (TOS comic: "Mission: Muddled")
