The train worker is the first person who enters the train after the Box Tunnel 20 Massacre. At first he thinks that there just has been a machinal failure. So he puts on the light box and sees that there are dead people and blood everywhere. He is looking terrified at the scene and retches. It is unknown what has happened to him later. However, after the massacre many employees quit. They were sufferung from posttraumatic stress disorder. He might be one of these employees.
