Declan Charles O'Neill was a Valkyrie Legionnaire and a captaen in Gunnar Squadron. Born in Cork, Ireland to two veterans, O'Neill was almost destined to join the military. He quickly became an influential member of the Valkyrie Legion, special forces of the Trident Empire, and fought in many important battles against the Coalition and the Larinian State.
