The Rukh is an enemy in Final Fantasy IV -Interlude-. It is only moderately difficult to defeat, and it attacks twice in one turn. Edge's simple physical attacks and his Ninjutsu spells are more than enough to dispatch them. It has a chance of dropping Silver Apples.
