The Cornered Man is the second side quest in Greece (Act I), received and completed in Laconia Woods. In a lumber camp in this area you will find a man surrounded and attacked by Satyrs. When approaching him, he tries to escape to the south and into the arms of even more Satyrs. Defeat all the Satyrs attacking him, then talk to the man (Lycus) to complete the quest. You don't have to hurry, as he cannot die. Talk to Lycus again to learn more about the monsters. Amongst other things he will tell you, that the Satyrs have always been in the woods but where shy of humans.
