Eternal Coffin (エターナルコフィン Etānaru Kofin) is a [[:Special:Ask/-5B-5BCategory:Spells-5D-5D-20-5B-5Bspell-20category::-5D-5D-20-5B-5Bspell-20type::-5D-5D|wide-area freezing spell]] cast by Chrono Harlaown at the end of A's. It is only cast by Chrono after he obtained Durandal, which allowed him to use higher-level magic than his previous Device, S2U. Although Eternal Coffin is an Over-S ranked spell (which restricts its usage to all but most powerful mages), Durandal was specifically optimized for it and Chrono is able to use its full power thanks to his past trainings.
