Born on New Jerusalem in 2479 and raised on Eridanus II, Doctor Eskander Bahram, codenamed "OXFORD" by the UNSC, was a talented polymath, studying in numerous fields, ranging from engineering, chemistry, quantum physics, psychology and biotechnology, and others.
