Captain Helane is the leader of the Sea Drakes in Saintsport on the island of Stros M'Kai. She owns the ship Bloody Witch, anchored in the docks of Saintsport. She is the target of Bhosek the Bloody, as seen in the note Bhosek's Punishments. In the quest "Like Moths to a Candle," she gets poisoned by Crafty Lerisa. The Vestige can give her the antidote, kill her, or let her die.
