The Flame Thrower Attachment can be bought from Gelf after the Hero's third mission. After purchasing the flame thrower, the Hero can talk to Helena in the headquarters, and then have Helena install it on Flint, thereby providing him with a new attack on the battlefield:Fire Breath.
