Opera Mini is a Java-powered version of Opera for mobile phones and PDAs. It is different to Opera Mobile, a different application for PDAs. It uses a user-entered algorithm to encode your browsing which is entered at the initial setup. It uses WAP to scale down the page when it is viewed.
