Yes. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were the first two people to walk on the moon (June 20, 1969.) If you have seen that 'evidence' that its' not true that people have been to the moon, I just want to tell you, the 'Mythh Busters' tested all of that 'evidence' and it proved to be false so N.A.S.A. has actually sent people to the moon. Evidently it would seem that they did walk on the moon. However, there is no way to repeat that evidence or to prove that the original evidence is factual. Lets say that the jury's out on this one.
