Yoku Shioya (塩屋翼, Shioya Yoku), born June 24, 1958 in Kagoshima, Japan, has been a voice actor since the age of 14 in Umi no Triton (1972). He also played the kid Jinpei in Gatchaman. Recently he has done some voice directing in such anime as Basilisk: The Kouga Ninja Scrolls. His real name is Tsubasa Shioya. His older brother is voice actor Kōzō Shioya.
