Being a strong supporter of the Galactic Republic, Bow was willing to give his life and of his soldiers to complete the operation. He was also a support of Palpatine, viewing him as the kind of strong leader that the Republic, and later Empire, needed. Bow rarely convened with other clone troopers on none-mission matters, making him a loner similar to CC-8826, "Neyo", and CC-1138, "Bacara". He occasionally talked to them, though they rarely were put on the same missions. Though Bow respected the Jedi initially, he grew to hate them, believing Palpatine about them attempting a "rebellion".
