Lorenzo Malori (27 August 1724 – 16 March 1830) was an Italian centenarian and the first person verified to reach the ages of 104 and 105. He became the oldest person ever upon surpassing Bartholomew Johnson's age of 103 years, 127 days on October 31, 1813. His record would stand for just a few weeks, before being broken by Marie-Louise Plante. He died at the age of 105 years, 201 days, and would remain the oldest man ever until August 13, 1834, when Pierre Darcourt surpassed him in age.
