The Momentum Glider was a gliding device found on planet Tabora, which could help Ratchet glide through large areas. At specials red launch pads, Ratchet could deploy the device and glide to reach areas only accessible by flight. Eventually, in the Ratchet & Clank Future series, it was succeeded by the Robo-Wings, which worked similarly but provided free movement through the air.
