No-Drop Items cannot be dropped or bartered with other players once they have been picked up by a character although many can still be sold to stores and subsequently bought by other players at full (exorbitant) cost. You can dispose of a No-Drop or No-Trade Item by obtaining Crashanboom’s cream from Glorius Bancens at the Scholar's Circle which will melt the item down into a small sum of cash.
