An XP lamp (tier 2) can be obtained from a chest in Zamorak's hideout (accessible with the communication device) after completion of Dishonour among Thieves quest. Searching the chest requires at least level 70 in all skills. The lamp may be rubbed to obtain 50,000 experience in any skill.
