Richard Heikes is a crime reporter for the Las Vegas Review Journal, and a former journalist for the Los Angeles Times. He wrote a series of articles on the murder of Sharon Oglevy and the trial of her ex-husband, Brian Oglevy. His relation, if any, to LAPD Detective Heikes is currently unknown.
