Erik Kluger was the creator of the six Implosion Grenades given to James MacPherson. Erik was under the impression that James was still working for the Warehouse and did not know James had gone rogue. From statements made by Erik, Warehouse 13 personnel may have used him quite a bit to either create or analyze artifacts. Erik died when James MacPherson used an unknown flamethrower-like device that uses small fuel pellets to incinerate him completely.
