The Don, leader of the Red Mafia, is a very secretive subject. His appearance is unknown, except for some of the highest ranking members of the Red Mafia. His powers and the extent of them are also unknown. Metach (Large man) and Katal (Small man) are the border patrol around Fringe Island. They are charged with the detection and repellant of pirates and any other newcomers to the island. They constantly make stupid bets with each other, in which neither of them ever pay up, and although they constantly argue, they are brilliant in combat right beside one another.
