Caruso! was a business found in the New York district of Hell's Kitchen, run by Frankie Caruso. It was part of the crime ring that was ran by Artie Manzanero, who operated from the West Port Warehouse. This crime ring was later taken from the Cuneo family by Sonny Corleone and Aldo Trapani after Cuneo assasins killed two Corleone members in a restaurant.
