The Fremulon Pamphlet is given to the player when they talk to one of the NPCs standing at the Fremulon stand. Unimpressed when the player asks what Fremulon is, they are given the pamphlet and told to "study up". The player will need to learn how to have a basic conversation in Fremulon, and ultimately obtain the Fremulon Mask.
