Super Strength is a potion made through the Herblore skill. To make a Super Strength you must have an Herblore level of 55 or higher. This potion will boost your strength to 118 and is very helpful if you cannot make Extreme Strengths or buy Overloads. To make a Super Strength, you need to spawn a Kwuram Potion (Unf) (::item 105) and Limpwurt Root (::item 225) and use the Kwuram Potion (Unf) on the Limpwurt Root. This is the noted version of the potion.
