Official Rooms (previously known as Public Rooms) were rooms created by Habbo itself as a central hangout for players other than their own guest rooms. They have been around since the start of Habbo and have been one of Habbo's notable features. These rooms were very unique from user-made guest rooms - no one had rights or any greater power then anyone else in these rooms (only moderators had the ability to kick Habbos from these rooms).
