Raymond was the kid stuck inside a teenager's body. He use to live in a car with his parents and later settled into an apartment before his dad left. He lives with his mom, his sick younger brother, and her boyfriend which he despises.He is in the special education program but wants to be treated like a normal kid. He has above average grades but not much of a social life. He always finds a way to solve his problems in his own fashion. He was one of the original four rangers.
