Geocentrism claims the sun, the planets and all the stars revolve round the Earth while the earth stays fixed at the centre of the Universe. Several Old Testament verses claim the earth "cannot be moved," and one that the sun goes round the earth. That's at least part of the reason why some People still believe Geocentrism.
