The Shocking Diessa Flatbow was a collector bow available from Saba Blackstone outside the front gate of Sardelac Sanitarium in Old Ascalon in exchange for 3 Scorched Lodestones. It was replaced with a Shocking Ascalon Hornbow; this happened even for items in inventory.
