Strategy First announced in March 17, 2007, that they had made a deal with Union Entertainment to bring the hired mercenaries to the silver screen for the first time. Currently, "Jagged Alliance: The Movie" is the tentative title of the movie. Emanuel Wall, Strategy First’s business development manager said: "Jagged Alliance is a great game franchise with dynamic characters and personalities that belong on the silver screen. This project is a brilliant take on the property and we anticipate a truly original picture coming out of this series."
