Frédéric Etsou-Nzabi-Bamungwabi, C.I.C.M. (December 3, 1930, Belgian Congo – January 6, 2007, Leuven, Belgium) was the Cardinal Archbishop of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He was the DRC's top Roman Catholic prelate from 1991 to his death.
