Equizine-1 was a drug used in Federation medicine in the 24th century, which controlled the growth and development of tumors. It is presumably a stronger variation of the drug equizine-3. After employing alternating treatments of equizine-3 and another drug, stasizine, Doctor Elizabeth Lense used equizine-1 on the victims of an unknown pathogen outbreak on Mariposa in 2376.
