Bitchstomped Apollo Creed, and made Rocky Balboa have enough brain damage to show his super forms, the only reason why he is this powerful because he likes eating very large kit-kat bars. He ate them so much, that he turned very chubby. Russian people told him to stop, but he didn't. Then, the russian government decided to put super steroids in all of his chocolate bars permanently, then when Ivan Drago ate more, he turned very, very, VERY fit. He defeated everyone that challenged him to a match, then faced Rocky Balboa after killing Apollo Creed. And that's where his undefeatable streak ended.
