The following are the costumes available to Kokoro in the 2012 title Dead or Alive 5, and its 2013 PlayStation Vita port Dead or Alive 5+. At the start of the game, Kokoro has six different costumes, with two being available from the start and the remaining four costumes being unlocked through either Arcade Mode, Time Attack Mode, or Survival Mode. With the release of the downloadable costumes, Kokoro was given nine different DLC costumes, adding her total up to fifteen costumes. For her alternate options, Kokoro has three different designs for her hair bead, and they are as follows:
