LIGHT'S REACH - The Imperial Tribunal is reporting that a recent legislation proposing the formation of a "Council of Nobles" has been universally approved by all Noble Houses. The legislation seeks to create an assembly similar to the Imperial Council that existed under Talus Kahar XIV, except this one aims to create a place for the Faction Leaders of the six Noble Houses to gather and discuss politics, law, and current events, should the need arise. It would also provide a reason for the Faction Leaders to gather on vote on resolutions to issues brought up by another Noble House.
