The Pulsar C is a carbine for the Vanu Sovereignty. It is basically a carbine variant of other VS Pulsar rifles. Unlike other VS weapons, which shoot accurate projectiles at modest firerates and normal damage, the Pulsar C deals more damage per shot, fires slower and has higher recoil, similar to most New Conglomerate weapons. As the weapon has heavy recoil and high damage with a slow rate-of-fire, it is best used at medium ranges while burst-firing and using ADS, as the weapon has respectable hip-fire.
