Wilson Phillips(ウィルソン・フィリップスWiruson Firippusu) is a minor character featured in Stardust Crusaders. Despite being a powerful American Senator, DIO hijacks his car and forces Wilson Phillips to become his chauffeur in order to pursue the Joestar Group in the streets of Cairo.
