Rich and Allison are employees of Dr. Colbert's who work on the award-winning news program, "The Colbert Report". No one is sure what they do, but they are never seen apart and are often seen eating at their desks and reacting surly when answering the phone. They have an employee of their own, Katie Bruggeman, who does all the ridiculous things they don't want to, like go to the hot dog stand outside for lunch or answer the phone without giving people attitude. On casual Fridays neither can be seen wearing all their clothing.
