Eri Kurosaki (襟黒崎, Kurosaki Eri) was the Quincy-born Shinigami partner of Kenji Hiroshi, as well as the mother of Shinrei Kurosaki. She was declared dead but was in actuality a prisoner of Bansui Amatsuki who used her as a means of satisfying his racial research. She died after giving birth to Kitsui Sanretsu and bringing Bansui's plans to fruition by creating the perfect Tsuji.
