Pascal Hervé is a fictional impressionist who has painted at least 16 fairy-related paintings. One of the last one paintings, The Fairy Thief, was tracked down and stolen by Artemis Fowl II in The Opal Deception. At the end of the book, Artemis donates the painting to Louvre.
