The Age of Frost is a name dubbed by the Ice Elves of Garilie, for a series of Ice Ages that occurred during their existence. Having no knowledge over Ice Ages, and other Atmospheric events, the Elves considred it a "Biblical Event", especially considering that it involved them (see Elven Culture), and have placed it within their historical bible, the Etequest.
