Angela Lopez is an inmate at the prison who at the time of the riot was going through drug withdrawal. While being interviewed by NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee, she struck him with pepper spray, causing him to snap and threaten to leave the prison. This earned her a berating from Celia Roberts although after some pressuring from McGee, they eventually gave him the name of the drug dealer: Gordon Lambro who also happened to be a guard at the prison.
