The Nebula Fighter is the most powerful air-to-air combat unit. It is the upgrade of the Jackal Fighter. It outperforms the Phoenix Fighter/Bomber in many aspects, notably its attack. A one-on-one simulation of both will result in the Nebula Fighter winning. Being air-to-air, it cannot attack any ground or sea units.
