Elizabeth Seward was a civilian from Maryland living aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2369. She went to the Newcomer's Dance held in Ten Forward which was organized by Deanna Troi. She wore a peach color outfit with a bright yellow belt however during the event she found herself without a dance partner for at least 15 minutes. She was then introduced to James Kelly by Guinan. She was described as being round faced with shoulder-length brown hair (TNG novel: The Romulan Stratagem)
