Louise Burns, Frank Burns's wife, makes a cameo appearance in the Season 10 episode of M*A*S*H titled "There Is Nothing Like a Nurse" (episode #10). The part of Louise Burns is played in the episode by Jeanne Schulherr, who also appears as an O.R. nurse in two more Season 3 three episodes; "O.R." (episode #5) and "Big Mac" (episode #21).
