Confrontation Between Gibbs, DiNozzo and Milo Rankoff is a confrontation that occurred in October 2013 in which NCIS Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Anthony DiNozzo confronted Milo Rankoff over Rankoff's involvement in the death of Petty Officer Andrew Wells and the abduction of Marie Wells, the sister of criminal Anton Wells.
