At an Extraordinary Court of the Grand Hall of Justice, Orlok was prosecuted for releasing the Sin City Plague. 89 per cent of those on Sin City were killed by the Sin City Plague. After judgement was passed, Orlok attempted to escape, so as to die by the bullet. Dredd denied this and strapped him in to the execution chair.
